Mr. Boone has had more than 50 published opinions in the Kansas Supreme Court and tried five cases in the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, Denver, Colorado (list available upon request) among other circuits. Some of the more notable cases are:

-Siruta Vs Hesston Corp - Vol. 232 Kan.654 : Loss of arm in Hesston Baler, Verdict $550,000, Kansas Supreme Court, established "Design Change " rule.

-Werth Vs Makita Electric Co. - Vol. 950 F2D 643 : US District Court of Kansas and 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, concepts of strict liability in tort and wrongful design, settled after reversal of District Court ruling, in favor of plaintiff

-In re Sarah G. Foster, deceased- Vol. 190 Kan. 498 : Kansas Supreme Court, violation of the rule against perpetuity suspension of alienation and prohibition against wrongful accumulations.

-Brown Vs. Board of Ed - Vol. 347 US 483 : Commonly called the “Segregation Case”, Mr. Boone was on staff with the Attorney General of Kansas during the major part of the litigation and assited with all stages of preparation for the presentation in the United States Supreme Court. He is the only living attorney who was on that staff and assisted Paul Wilson who presented the Kansas case to that court.
